Continuation of review: The stair lift needed a minor adjustment and the company was very quick to respond! Tom the sales rep from the company came over and checked it out. He sent the info to the owner and he came within a day or two and resolved the problem! I'd rate the service 5 stars to date! April 2019. The salesman Tom was very good to work with. He answered many of my questions and worked with me with this project. He gave me references of other satisfied customers, he was knowledgable about the particular stair lift that we purchased, he did the best job of all the other companies that came to do an estimate! The owner of Nationwide installed the lift with his assistant and he was just an all around sincere and pleasant guy. He did a great job with the installation and he did it in about 1.5 hours! I purchased a used lift from them, it's in excellent condition, it's an indy pinnacle by Harmar. So far we are very happy with it.
